At Siansh., we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching our products to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the unique nature of our luxury goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items: Given the nature of our products, which often include personalized, limited edition, and luxury items, we are unable to process returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

Exceptions: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with relevant pictures and order details. We will review the issue and provide a resolution accordingly.
